At Kimberly-Clark, we're looking for a skilled Night Parts Technician to join our team. As a key member of our maintenance team, you'll play a critical role in ensuring the smooth operation of our high-speed manufacturing equipment.

As a Night Parts Technician, you'll be responsible for preventing and fixing problems on technologically advanced machines that produce top-notch products for a significant portion of the world's population. You'll work closely with your team to deliver better care for billions of people around the world.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Supporting the planning and execution of daily/weekly preventative maintenance activities, including work and parts preparation.
  • Actively participating in failure analysis and equipment/systems troubleshooting.
  • Providing routine maintenance training to team members and participating in cost-effective decision making.
  • Leading and executing repairs on high-speed manufacturing equipment.
  • Developing and documenting reliability activities, such as PM development and health check findings.

To be successful in this role, you'll need:

  • Basic computer knowledge, mechanical aptitude, and good math skills.
  • Ability to maintain a work schedule of 12-hour rotating shifts, including nights, weekends, holidays, and overtime.
  • Physical ability to pass a post-offer/pre-hire Physical Abilities Test (PAT).
  • Applicants must have completed a Mechanical/Electrician Apprenticeship program, an Associate's Degree or greater in a Mechanical/Electrical field, with a minimum of three years' experience; or equivalent Military Education/Training, or 7 years' experience as a Maintenance Mechanic/Electrician in an industrial manufacturing environment.

Preferred mechanical skills include:

  • Mechanical drives
  • Sheet metal fabrication

Preferred electrical skills include:

  • Electrical systems troubleshooting and repair
