Job Description

Kimberly-Clark is seeking a highly skilled Reliability Technician to join our team at the Corinth Mill KC Prof Products location. As a key member of our maintenance team, you will play a critical role in ensuring the reliability and efficiency of our manufacturing processes.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Respond to troubleshooting needs prioritized by business needs.
  • Develop and document reliability activities to improve equipment performance and reduce downtime.
  • Manage assets to benchmark levels through continuous improvement projects.
  • Provide reliability training and instruction to team members.
  • Perform mechanical tasks efficiently and perform minor electrical tasks as needed.
  • Respond to asset needs, address personal development, and support mentoring roles.
  • Interact with reliability team members, maintenance planners, engineers, vendors, and staff support.
  • Utilize systems to support the role, including SAP and PIMS.

Requirements:
  • 18 years or older and authorized to work in the United States.
  • High school diploma or equivalent required; technical skills associated with tech school or equivalent preferred.
  • Electrical or Mechanical Reliability Competency Level required; actively pursuing certification preferred.
  • 1+ years of continuous work experience in a manufacturing or maintenance environment.
  • Basic computer knowledge, mechanical aptitude, and good math skills required.
  • Ability to maintain a work schedule of 12-hour rotating shifts, including nights, weekends, holidays, and overtime.
  • Pass a pre-employment assessment, drug screening, background check, and DMV check.
  • Pass a post-offer/pre-hire Physical Abilities Test (PAT).
  • Work well in a team environment.
