Partnerships at Adyen

Over 40% of deals that go live involve a partner. Our five year plan is to continue to accelerate our growth curve and get that number well north of 70%. To help drive this mission, we are seeking an experienced Senior Alliances Partner Manager to spearhead the expansion of Adyen's Alliance Partnerships program in North America (US & Canada).

The Role
  • You will cultivate and expand relationships with System Integrators & Digital Agencies, focusing on integrations with Microsoft, Oracle, Salesforce, Zuroa, Shopify, Adobe and others.
  • You will strategically collaborate with partners operating in these domains, leveraging your comprehensive understanding of how payments integrate into diverse landscapes.
  • You will proactively identify, develop, and nurture key strategic channels for Adyen, driving enterprise pipeline growth for the sales organization and contributing to the acceleration of our overall business growth trajectory.
What You'll Do
  1. Develop and execute a comprehensive partner management strategy to nurture strong relationships, drive market expansion, and revenue growth acceleration.
  2. Serve as the primary point of contact between Adyen and System Integrators & Digital Agencies, ensuring seamless communication and fostering collaboration.
  3. Lead the recruitment, onboarding, training, and ongoing support of System Integrators & Digital Agencies to ensure effective representation and delivery of Adyen's solutions.
  4. Collaborate closely with System Integrators & Digital Agencies to devise joint go-to-market strategies, co-marketing campaigns, sales empowerment initiatives, and industry-specific solutions.
  5. Drive negotiation and administration of partnership agreements, ensuring mutual benefit, legal compliance, and alignment with Adyen's strategic goals.
  6. Work with cross-functional teams to ensure a unified approach to System Integrators & Digital Agencies partnership success.
  7. Establish and maintain a robust system for performance metrics and evaluation, continuously optimizing System Integrators & Digital Agencies partnership performance.
  8. Engage key stakeholders within System Integrators & Digital Agencies to understand their needs, address challenges, and gather feedback to enhance the partnership offering.
  9. Conduct regular business reviews with System Integrators & Digital Agencies to ensure alignment on objectives, performance metrics, and strategic endeavors.
  10. Stay updated on industry trends, competitor strategies, and market dynamics to uphold Adyen's competitive advantage in System Integrators & Digital Agencies partnerships.
Who You Are
  • Experience building partnerships with System Integrators & Digital Agencies or consultants focused on the payments or fintech space.
  • 8-10+ years of experience in a direct partnerships or alliances facing role.
  • Able to think and operate like an entrepreneur, with a go-getter mentality.
  • Ability to see the bigger picture in channel management using a global and commercial mindset.
  • Flexible, professional, accurate and structured.
  • Excellent organizational skills.
About the Opportunity

This role is based out of our San Francisco or New York office.

The base salary range for this role is $150,000-$195,000.
