Position Overview:
As a Training and Support Coordinator for Montessori education, you will play a crucial role in enhancing the quality of education within the district. Your responsibilities will include:
  • Facilitating training sessions focused on the Montessori core curriculum.
  • Designing and implementing comprehensive professional development initiatives across the district.
  • Assisting educators and staff in analyzing educational data to improve teaching practices.

Qualifications:
  • A Master's degree in education is required.
  • Montessori certification is mandatory.
  • A minimum of 5 years of teaching experience is essential.
  • In-depth understanding of MI State Common Core Standards is necessary.
