Job Summary

We are seeking an entry-level Customer Experience Representative to join our team at MCI Military Recruitment. As a Customer Experience Representative, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to our clients, handling inbound and outbound calls, and resolving customer issues in a timely and professional manner.

Key Responsibilities
  • Handle inbound and outbound calls to resolve customer issues and provide exceptional customer service
  • Work closely with our team to ensure seamless communication and resolution of customer issues
  • Provide accurate and timely information to customers regarding their queries and concerns
  • Upsell and cross-sell products and services to customers as opportunities arise
  • Meet or exceed established performance metrics and productivity standards
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Communications, Business, or related field preferred
  • 2+ years of customer service experience in a call center environment
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to work in a team environment and provide exceptional customer service
  • Basic knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite and CRM software
