The Real Estate Portfolio Manager will play a pivotal role in executing real estate strategies and transactions for a diverse portfolio.

Responsibilities include managing a portfolio of over 200 properties, with numerous active projects at any given time.

As a Portfolio Manager, you will lead and direct all facets of real estate management for your designated regions.

You will oversee projects through every phase of the real estate transaction lifecycle.


In this role, you will be expected to offer corporate real estate expertise and act as a trusted advisor to internal stakeholders.

Your efforts will ensure that all real estate transaction matters align with the business objectives of internal stakeholders while adhering to company policies and standards.

Additionally, you will serve as a key liaison among business units, brokers, landlords, and project teams to guarantee compliance with corporate real estate requirements.


Moreover, you will assist internal teams in developing annual financial plans related to real estate, including forecasting rental expenses and transaction costs. You will identify opportunities for cost efficiencies and service enhancements, providing strategic insights and benchmarking data to support stakeholders in advancing their real estate objectives.

Responsibilities:
You Will. . .

Foster relationships between the Real Estate Department and internal stakeholders across various divisions.

Act as the primary point of contact for resolving issues faced by operations and landlords, ensuring timely and professional resolution while delivering exceptional customer service.

Collaborate with multiple internal departments regarding real estate matters, including finance, risk management, and legal.

Utilize lease management systems to maintain accurate lease data, generate reports, and conduct analyses.

Monitor expiring leases and manage lease transactions, which may involve renewals, amendments, relocations, and new branch openings.

Engage with third-party brokers to identify suitable locations for branch establishments.

Work alongside Risk Management and Legal teams to review and negotiate lease agreements.

Assist with special projects and other duties as assigned.

Anticipate travel requirements of approximately 10%.

Qualifications:

Experience You Will Bring (Minimum Requirements):
Bachelor's degree in Real Estate, Business, or a related field, coupled with relevant professional experience.

3-5 years of experience in commercial real estate, managing office or industrial transactions from the brokerage, landlord, or end-user perspective.

A minimum of 3 years of substantial experience in lease agreement drafting, review, negotiation, and project coordination.

Strong understanding of key commercial lease terms and their implications.

Financial acumen for analyzing commercial leases and tracking project expenditures.

Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and lease/project management software.

Excellent written and verbal communication skills, along with strong presentation abilities.

Demonstrated negotiation skills and the ability to interact professionally at all organizational levels.

Strong organizational skills for managing multiple projects simultaneously.

Analytical problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently with minimal supervision.

Capability to build effective relationships with internal and external partners, including landlords and brokers.

Preferred involvement in relevant corporate real estate industry groups.

This is a hybrid position based out of our corporate office, with an expectation of in-person attendance at least three days per week.
