**Key Responsibilities:**

* Lead a team of marketing staff and vendors to achieve marketing goals
* Create and manage special events, including product launches and promotional activities
* Develop and maintain the hotel's website and social media presence
* Analyze marketing performance and provide data-driven insights to inform future marketing strategies

**Requirements:**

* 5+ years of experience as a Marketing Director in the hospitality industry
* Proven track record of success in developing and executing marketing strategies that drive revenue growth and brand awareness
* Strong leadership and team management skills
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
* Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities
