About the Role:

We are seeking a skilled Van Driver to join our team at the Greendale Family Branch YMCA. As a Van Driver, you will be responsible for transporting program participants to and from afterschool programs in our 8-passenger van.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Safely transport program participants and other passengers
  • Treat all children, staff, and personnel with respect at all times
  • Adhere to and enforce YMCA safety regulations
  • Conduct daily vehicle inspections and maintain cleanliness of the van
  • Responsible for day-to-day tasks such as refueling and locking the vehicle

Requirements:

  • 21 years old or older
  • Valid Massachusetts driver's license
  • Current valid 7D license or ability to obtain within 30-60 days
  • Excellent driving record and 2+ years of driving experience

Work Schedule:

Monday - Friday afternoons, 10-15 hours per week

Compensation:

$18.00 per hour, plus access to YMCA facilities and Employee Assistance Program
