Job Summary
TransForce is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Route Driver to join our team. As a key member of our logistics team, you will be responsible for the safe and timely delivery of merchandise and products to our store locations within assigned routes.

The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of transportation safety protocols and regulations, as well as excellent driving skills and the ability to work independently with minimal supervision. About the Role
This role offers a competitive salary of $60,000 - $80,000 per year, depending on experience. The successful candidate will be required to work in a fast-paced environment, often under tight deadlines, and will need to demonstrate strong problem-solving skills and adaptability. Additionally, they will be expected to maintain accurate records and reports, communicate effectively with colleagues and management, and adhere to company policies and procedures.

Key Responsibilities
* Drive commercial motor vehicles on designated routes to deliver merchandise and products to stores
* Unload, process, and reload merchandise and freight in a safe and efficient manner
* Ensure timely deliveries and maintain accurate records and reports
* Collaborate with colleagues and management to resolve any issues or concerns that may arise during route operations

Requirements
* 2+ years of driving experience in a related field (job training will be provided)
* Valid driver's license (Class C Non CDL) with a good driving record
* Ability to pass a DOT physical, including drug screen
* Familiarity with the surrounding market and neighboring cities/surroundings
