About the RoleAs an Outside Sales Representative, you will be responsible for building and maintaining relationships with small and medium-sized businesses in your assigned territory. Your primary objective will be to introduce and explain our supplemental insurance products, helping clients achieve greater financial security and peace of mind.
Key Responsibilities- Connect with clients through in-person visits, phone calls, and email correspondence to understand their needs and provide tailored solutions.
- Develop and maintain a strong network of business relationships, fostering trust and loyalty with clients.
- Set and achieve sales targets, working independently to manage your time and prioritize tasks effectively.
- Stay up-to-date on industry trends and product offerings, ensuring you can provide expert guidance to clients.
- Collaborate with the sales team and management to share best practices, discuss challenges, and set goals.

- Already licensed in Health & Life general lines (or willing and able to obtain Health & Life producer license - licensing reimbursement offered).
- Bachelor's degree or a minimum of 4 years of professional (post-high school) work experience. Candidates within 6 months or less of degree completion will be considered, as will candidates with less than 4 years of professional work experience with relevant or specialized outside sales experience.
