LEAD PROGRAM COORDINATOR (FS&S):
Bowhead is seeking a Lead Program Coordinator to provide support for the Acquisition and Organic Supply Operations Support FS&S contract.
The Coordinator will assist in the management and execution of logistics policy directives, development of training programs, and delivery of comprehensive solutions that encompass product support analyses while collaborating with both internal and external stakeholders on emerging logistics initiatives.
The Lead Coordinator will possess extensive knowledge in Acquisitions and Logistics, demonstrating a thorough understanding of the 12 integrated product support elements, property management, training program development, data analysis, logistics, and maintenance data systems.
Responsibilities:
1. Aid in the planning, coordination, execution, and supervision of all government requirements as outlined in the performance work statement and relevant audit standards.
2. Evaluate tasks to confirm they align with the contract scope.
3. Allocate all work assigned to the Contractor team through the contractor Technical Team Management Support.
4. Assess deliverables to ensure quality, punctuality, and compliance with the assigned tasks.
5. Collaborate directly with the Supply Officer and/or Contracting Officer Representative (COR) to ensure all essential functions of the Supply Office are fulfilled.
6. Engage in Integrated Program Teams (IPTs) or working groups to support the Supply Office and audit requirements as necessary.
7. Ensure the training of all contractor personnel is conducted effectively.
8. Review weekly Situation Reports (SITREPs) compiled by contract personnel and submit to the Supply Officer and COR in a timely manner.
9. Review the consolidated updates from contract personnel for the Quarterly Command Chronology and submit to the Supply Office Point of Contact within the specified timeframe.
10. Act as the primary Point of Contact (POC) for all contractor personnel.
11. Provide monthly Status Reports no later than the 5th business day following the end of the month, detailing property management transactions, deliverables, and other tasks as specified in the performance work statement.
Qualifications:
Minimum High School Diploma; BA/BS degree preferred.
Program Management Professional (PMP) Certification or Certified Defense Acquisition Workforce Improvement Act (DAWIA) Advanced / level 2-3 in Program Management is preferred.
5 years of experience in Logistics Program Management within the U.S. Marine Corps.
Familiarity with Marine Corps supply operations and logistics systems.
Comprehensive understanding of Department of the Navy and Marine Corps logistics regulations and policies.
Desired Skills:
Proficiency in communication, leadership, logistics automated systems, team management, and risk management.
Ability to manage multiple tasks, prioritize effectively, and work autonomously with minimal supervision.
Strong communication skills to interact effectively with all levels of personnel and external contacts.
Excellent interpersonal skills and sound judgment, capable of working independently or as part of a team.
Physical Demands:
Must be able to lift 10-15 pounds occasionally.
Must be able to stand and walk for extended periods.
Must be able to twist, bend, and squat periodically.
SECURITY CLEARANCE REQUIREMENTS:
Must be able to maintain a security clearance at the Secret level. U.S. Citizenship is a requirement for this contract.
