Job Summary

The Packaging Tech II - 1st shift is a critical role in ensuring the safe and quality packaging of pharmaceutical products. This position requires demonstrated expertise on one or multiple production lines and adherence to standard operating procedures.

Key Responsibilities
  • Execute packaging line operations, processes, and procedures.
  • Coordinate packaging efforts for designated production lines and teams.
  • Set up, adjust, and troubleshoot pharmaceutical packaging machinery.
  • Maintain line efficiencies and standards to meet quality packaging requirements.
  • Assist in training new team members and retraining current team members.
  • Review and maintain quality and production documentation.
  • Perform general maintenance and troubleshooting of machines and related equipment.
  • Identify opportunities for continuous improvement.
Requirements
  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • Minimum 1 year experience in manufacturing, packaging, or maintenance/mechanical environment.
  • Demonstrated mechanical and technical knowledge of cGMP and pharmaceutical packaging standard operating procedures.
Work Environment

This role requires working in a manufacturing environment with exposure to automated machinery, chemicals, and dust. The ability to work in a team environment and prioritize tasks is essential.
