Key Responsibilities:- Troubleshoot and perform basic repairs on equipment, plumbing, and electrical systems
- Conduct preventative maintenance and repairs on guestrooms, public spaces, equipment, buildings, and grounds
- Assure daily activities and problems are communicated to other shifts using approved communication programs and standards
- Ensure all work is conducted in a safe and timely manner, adhering to standards of safety and effective equipment utilization
- Maintain working knowledge of departmental safety procedures and attend safety-training programs as required
- Ensure all standard operating procedures are followed for park operation, employee relations, timekeeping, and safety
Requirements:
- Technical degree or trade-related certifications in HVAC and/or Electrical
- Experience in hospitality, healthcare, or related industries
- Ability to move, lift, carry, push, pull, and place objects weighing less than or equal to 50 pounds without assistance
- Computer skills, including knowledge of database software, internet software, order processing systems, and Microsoft Office suite
