As a key member of our engineering operations team, you will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day maintenance and repair of our facilities, ensuring a safe and efficient work environment for our guests and staff.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Troubleshoot and perform basic repairs on equipment, plumbing, and electrical systems
  • Conduct preventative maintenance and repairs on guestrooms, public spaces, equipment, buildings, and grounds
  • Assure daily activities and problems are communicated to other shifts using approved communication programs and standards
  • Ensure all work is conducted in a safe and timely manner, adhering to standards of safety and effective equipment utilization
  • Maintain working knowledge of departmental safety procedures and attend safety-training programs as required
  • Ensure all standard operating procedures are followed for park operation, employee relations, timekeeping, and safety

Requirements:

  • Technical degree or trade-related certifications in HVAC and/or Electrical
  • Experience in hospitality, healthcare, or related industries
  • Ability to move, lift, carry, push, pull, and place objects weighing less than or equal to 50 pounds without assistance
  • Computer skills, including knowledge of database software, internet software, order processing systems, and Microsoft Office suite
