Salary: $68,000 - $85,000 per year (depending on location and experience)
Job Description:
Key Responsibilities:
• Provide high-quality patient care using the nursing process of assessment, planning, implementation, and evaluation
• Work collaboratively with Charge Nurses and other healthcare professionals to develop individualized treatment plans
• Administer medications, obtain diagnostic tests, and assist with medical or minor surgical procedures as needed
• Count controlled substances and implement clinical and technical aspects of care in accordance with established policies, procedures, and protocols
• Document nursing encounters using the SOAP form of charting as required by policy and attend mandatory staff meetings and training
Required Skills and Qualifications:
Education:
• Graduate from an accredited school of nursing
Experience:
• Prefer a minimum of one (1) year clinic experience
Licenses/Certifications:
• Current licensure as a Registered Nurse within the state of employment
• Ability to obtain and maintain CPR certification
