Position Overview

As a key member of our team, you will play a vital role in managing mitigation projects.

Job Responsibilities

  • Respond promptly to all new mitigation incidents, including water, mold, fire, and emergency services.
  • Conduct initial outreach to new clients as needed to collect essential information.
  • Ensure that all necessary equipment, tools, and materials are prepared for each assignment.
  • Carry out cause and origin assessments for various incidents.
  • Evaluate damages to establish the scope of work for water-related incidents and communicate findings with the Project Manager.
  • Oversee contents pack-out processes and manage subcontractor engagements.
  • Assist in the training and onboarding of new team members regarding standard operating procedures and technical skills.
  • Document the progress and completion of jobs within the RMS system.
  • Provide support to other departments as required.
  • Participate in the cleaning and organization of equipment and vehicles.
  • Engage in ongoing training initiatives provided by the organization.
  • Be ready for emergency service assignments as part of the on-call rotation.
  • Attend safety meetings and training sessions.
  • Aim to lead other technicians on-site as you gain experience.
  • Work towards obtaining IICRC certifications.

Qualifications

  • Valid driver's license.
  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • Clean driving record.
  • Ability to pass federal background checks and drug screenings.
  • A minimum of 3-4 years of experience in restoration, specifically in water mitigation.
  • IICRC Certifications: WRT & ASD.
  • Willingness to engage in Trauma Scene jobs.

Compensation
$23.25 per hour

*Additional on-call pay available*
