Compensation Package:

The estimated annual salary for this position is between $85,000 - $115,000, contingent upon qualifications and experience.

Responsibilities:

">
  • ">
  • Demonstrate proficiency in MasterCam software">
  • Experience in utilizing Solid Works or NX is highly desired">
  • Analyzing and interpreting engineering prints, including understanding GD&T">
  • Designing work-holding fixtures">
  • Selecting optimal speeds, feeds, and tooling grades for high-temperature alloys (Nickel and Titanium)">
  • Reading and comprehending G-code programming language">
  • Merging new code into existing programs with obsolete CAM files">
  • Collaborating with Production, Quality, Purchasing, and Scheduling Departments to ensure seamless product flow through the factory">
  • Familiarity with post-processor modifications is highly desirable">
  • Familiarity with machine parameter settings/synchronization is also desired">
  • Previous experience with Vericut verification software is beneficial">
  • Mastery of macro-style programming for touch probes and tool sensors is highly desirable">
  • Proficiency in various software packages: Unigraphics, NX, MasterCam, Cadkey, Vericut, Gibbs, Surfcam, AutoCad, Inventor, CAMworks, HyperMill, SolidCAM, SolidWorks, NREC">
