Job Description
We are seeking a Customer Service Advocate to join our sales team. As a Customer Service Advocate, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and sales support to our customers.
Duties and Responsibilities
- Meet or exceed monthly sales targets by selling AT&T's products and services to customers.
- Provide outstanding customer service to ensure customer satisfaction and retention.
- Collaborate with other teams to achieve sales and business goals.
- Maintain a thorough knowledge of AT&T's products and services.
Qualifications
To be successful in this role, you must have:
- A high school diploma or equivalent required.
- Prior retail or customer-facing sales experience preferred.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- The ability to work a variety of shifts, including evenings and weekends.
