Key ResponsibilitiesAs a Clinical Laboratory Specialist, you will:
- Conduct chemical, bacteriological, serological, and microscopic tests across various laboratory sections.
- Maintain accurate records of performance, patient results, and quality control measures.
- Oversee the maintenance of laboratory equipment, documenting preventive and corrective actions.
- Assist in the training of laboratory personnel as needed.
To be considered for this role, you should possess:
- A Bachelor’s Degree in a relevant field.
- Certification as a Medical Laboratory Scientist, Certified Medical Lab Technologist, Clinical Laboratory Scientist, or equivalent.
- A minimum of one year of experience in a clinical laboratory setting is preferred.
- Proficiency in phlebotomy is required.
