Available Shifts

We offer various shift options to accommodate different schedules and preferences:

  • 2:15pm-10:30pm - Full-Time
  • 2:15pm-10:30pm - Part-Time
  • 6:15am-2:30pm - Full-Time
  • 6:15am-2:30pm - Part-Time

Job Responsibilities

As a Care Partner, you will be responsible for:

  • Providing Supportive Care - You will work under the supervision of a registered nurse or licensed practical nurse to maintain and support residents' quality of life.
  • Assisting with Daily Living Activities - You will assist residents with daily living activities, including social interaction, community connection, dressing, feeding, and bathing.
  • Collaborating with the Healthcare Team - You will work collaboratively with the healthcare team to develop and implement patient care plans.
  • Documenting Resident Information - You will document timely and accurate information in electronic health records systems.
  • Providing Quality Customer Care - You will administer quality customer care to help residents live their lives to the fullest.
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you must:

  • Be CNA Certified and Registered in the State of Nebraska - You must have completed a 75-hour training program and be registered with the state.
  • Have Excellent Communication and Interpersonal Skills - You must be able to read, write, speak, and understand English, and possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Be Able to Work Effectively in a Team Environment - You must be able to work collaboratively with the healthcare team and other staff members.
  • Have Strong Attention to Detail - You must be able to follow instructions accurately and have strong attention to detail.
