Job Responsibilities

As a Memory Care Assistant, you will:

  • Provide various services under the supervision of a registered nurse or licensed practical nurse to maintain and support residents' quality of life.
  • Assist with daily living activities, including social interaction, community connection, dressing, feeding, and bathing.
  • Collaborate with the healthcare team to develop and implement patient care plans.
  • Document timely and accurate information in electronic health records systems.
  • Assist nurses and other staff as needed.
  • Administer quality customer care to help residents live their lives to the fullest.
Requirements

We require our Memory Care Assistants to:

  • Be CNA certified and registered in the state of Nebraska (75-hour training program).
  • Be able to read, write, speak, and understand English.
  • Have excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Be able to work effectively in a team environment.
  • Have strong attention to detail and ability to follow instructions accurately.
