As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for ensuring the highest degree of customer satisfaction and maintaining the highest standards of cleanliness, safety, and conduct.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage the daily activities of assigned portfolio sites, including planning, organizing, and directing team members to ensure excellent customer satisfaction.
  • Coordinate, schedule, and perform all special project work for assigned buildings, including new startups and recruiting/training new employees.
  • Communicate and work closely with the home office to improve operations and employee experience.
  • Supervise and train janitorial staff, including daily supervision and performance management.
  • Maintain and order cleaning supplies and inventory, and process payroll for all staff.
  • Ensure compliance with OSHA and safety standards within the Housekeeping department.
  • Conduct building inspections and report to clients.
Requirements
  • 3-5 years' experience working in the janitorial industry, preferably in a management role.
  • Proven experience supervising housekeeping departments of 15+ employees.
  • Ability to maintain a budget and sell additional services to clients.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to interact effectively with all levels of management, guests, associates, and clientele.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a strong sense of responsibility and self-motivation.
  • Flexibility to work nights, weekends, and holidays, with the ability to lift up to 50lbs independently and extensive standing and walking.
