Marci Barrett - State Farm Agent is looking for a driven Producer who can identify opportunities and effectively convert leads into enduring client relationships. As an Insurance Account Executive on our team, your expertise in insurance products and market trends will enable you to engage with clients, assess their requirements, and promote products or services that deliver optimal value. You may also play a role in crafting strategies and setting performance targets for our agency.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Generate leads, arrange meetings, assess client needs, and promote suitable products and services.
  • Collaborate with the agent to define and achieve marketing objectives.
  • Exhibit a strong work ethic with unwavering dedication to success daily.
  • Work in tandem with your agency's team to foster enduring client relationships.

REQUIREMENTS:

  • Preferred experience in sales (outside sales, inside sales representative, retail sales associate, or telemarketing).
  • Demonstrated success in achieving sales targets is preferred.
  • Ability to connect effectively with clients.
  • Property & Casualty license is required.

COMPENSATION AND BENEFITS:
