As a Strategist at FCB, you'll be a core member of our day-to-day team, working closely with clients to understand their business challenges and opportunities. You'll dive deep into the client's business, developing provocative insights and contributing to agency briefings that drive creative solutions.
Your responsibilities will include leading primary and secondary research, analyzing results, and staying up-to-date on channel-specific best practices to ensure creative is high-performing and achieves agreed-upon KPIs. You'll also be responsible for ensuring that ideas are executed effectively, leveraging channel-specific best practices to drive client success.

Key Responsibilities:
Client Relationship:
Support the agency's relationship with the client through proactive insights and observations that add business value and help grow the client's business.
Presentation & Communication:
Contribute to writing decks and presentations that present strategic thinking in a persuasive and compelling way.
Team Dynamics:
Highly collaborative and willing to teach fellow team members about topics that help drive their individual work forward. Share feedback with fellow team members to raise their strategic and professional excellence.
PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS:
3-5 years of relevant work experience, preferably on the agency side
Strong writing skills and an eye for detail
Strong communication skills within the strategy team and across departments (AM, PM, Creative)
Comfort with project management skills (working independently at times)
Ability to work within tight deadlines, adjust to changes in priorities, and balance short-term needs with long-term strategic initiatives
The Office Requirements:
FCB has adopted a hybrid working environment. It is required for employees to be in office Tuesday-Thursday and can work from home Monday and Friday.
