Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled Customer Service Representative to join our team at Citizens. As a Teller - Part Time, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and support to our customers in our lobbies.

Key Responsibilities

* Greet customers and provide assistance with transactions and financial services
* Demonstrate how to use our mobile app and ATMs to complete simple transactions
* Create amazing experiences for our customers by providing personalized advice and solutions that meet their needs
* Meet quarterly referral goals and confidently cash checks, process withdrawals and deposits

Requirements

* High School degree or GED
* Minimum of 1 year demonstrated customer experience, recommending and referring products and services to customers
* Strong listening and communication skills
* Ability to effectively ask questions and identify needs to enhance and develop a long-term customer relationship
* Ability to problem solve and provide solutions to customer issues
* Customer-centric to deliver exceptional service
* Comfortable with using digital technology to support the delivery of business goals
* Ability to work branch hours, which can include weekends and evenings
* Completion of a video interview assessment as part of the application

Preferred Skills/Experience

* 6 months of experience processing transactions (cash and/or digital payments)
* Motivates others, like teammates, business partners, and specialists, through collaboration
* Process-oriented, energetic, detail-oriented and ability to multitask effectively

Hours per Week: 20

Pay Transparency

The salary range for this position is $22.45 per hour plus an opportunity to earn additional incentive earnings. Actual pay is based on various factors including but not limited to the work location, and relevant skills and experience.
