About the Role

Aristotle Capital Management, LLC is seeking a highly skilled Senior Vice President, Regional Director to join our team in the mountain states portion of the US, including CO, UT, NM, WY, ID, and MT. This is an exceptional opportunity for a seasoned professional to lead our wealth management efforts and drive growth in this region.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement a territory sales and service strategy to increase sales of Aristotle's investment strategies.
  • Coverage will be specific to broker dealers with an emphasis on Wirehouse.
  • Manage a multi-state territory with a focus on maintaining high levels of client service while growing territory assets.
  • Discuss multiple investment solutions across different asset classes.
  • Travel as needed to effectively raise assets.
Requirements
  • 10+ years of relevant financial-services industry work experience.
  • Prior experience as an internal and external sales professional.
  • Solid, consistent, and progressive work history.
  • Bachelor's degree from an accredited college or university and strong academic background.
  • Advanced/Master's degree or professional certificate (CFA, CFP, MBA) desired.
  • Series 7 required.
  • Series 63 or 66 required.
  • Clean U4/5 required.
  • Existing relationships primarily within the Wirehouse - Wealth Management channels highly desired.
  • Working knowledge of SMA, UMA, mutual funds required.
  • Proactive phone work required.
  • Proven track record of success in managing multi-state, multi-strategy sales territory required.
  • Face-to-face client meetings/presentations skills and experience required.
  • Knowledge-driven consultative sales process required.
  • Familiarity with Salesforce, Discovery Database desired.

Compensation Range: $225,000.00 - $250,000.00, plus commissions. Please note that the pay range provided is a good faith estimate for the position at the time of posting. Actual compensation will be dependent on factors, including but not limited to, the individual's qualifications, relevant experience, knowledge, skills, education, internal equity, and physical work location within the state.
