Key Responsibilities- Provide exceptional customer service to all clients, responding to their needs and concerns in a timely and professional manner.
- Manage shop operations, including point-of-sale systems, client information, and appointment scheduling.
- Ensure a positive and welcoming atmosphere in the shop, promoting a professional and brand-appropriate image.
- Organize and execute shop flow between clients and team members, ensuring a seamless and efficient experience.
- Serve as subject matter expert in reservation systems, ensuring client information is recorded accurately and timely.
- Maintain highest degree of ethics when handling client payments and stylist tips/commissions, balancing cash drawers at opening, close, and shift changes.
- Maintain clear communication with shop management about overall shop operations, demonstrating strong communication skills and problem-solving abilities.
- Assist with the cleanliness of the shop, ensuring the utmost care and attention to detail.
- High school diploma required.
- 1+ years of experience in a fast-paced, customer service environment.
- Previous experience with point-of-sale systems and salon/spa experience preferred.
- Promote a professional and brand-appropriate image, setting the tone for a positive shop atmosphere.
