Position Overview
The Client Services Representative I is responsible for assisting Financial Advisors in the management and servicing of investment accounts. This role is crucial for maintaining client relationships and ensuring compliance with industry standards.
Key Responsibilities
- Conduct outbound communications with clients and prospects regarding account management and appointment scheduling.
- Facilitate the opening, closing, and maintenance of investment accounts in accordance with established guidelines.
- Process financial transactions, including deposits and cash distributions from investment accounts.
- Prepare necessary documentation for account establishment and fund transfers.
- Enter confirmed trade orders and ensure timely follow-up on transactions.
- Maintain compliance with online trading requirements and ensure collection of client fees.
- Manage correspondence on behalf of Financial Advisors and handle incoming and outgoing mail.
- Schedule appointments and participate in client meetings to ensure thorough completion of paperwork.
- Organize client appreciation events, overseeing all logistical aspects.
Compliance and Regulatory Knowledge
Maintain a comprehensive understanding of banking policies and regulations, including the Bank Secrecy Act and Information Security protocols.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED is required.
- A minimum of 3 years of office experience is necessary.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Detail-oriented with exceptional organizational and time management abilities.
- Demonstrated client service orientation.
- Able to manage multiple tasks and meet tight deadlines.
