This team is recognized for its proficiency in handling cross-border and domestic mergers and acquisitions, along with associated issues such as investment fund formation, private equity transactions, and relevant partnership tax considerations.

If you possess substantial experience in advising corporations, partnerships, LLCs, and other joint ventures and investment funds, as well as high-net-worth individuals and their closely-held enterprises on a range of tax issues—including, but not limited to, mergers, acquisitions (both domestic and international), divestitures, transfer pricing, tax optimization strategies for multinational entities, and estate and trust planning, as well as pre-immigration and expatriation tax planning for individuals—this opportunity may align with your career aspirations.

The team provides counsel to individuals, corporations, partnerships, S corporations, family offices, and investment funds regarding the structuring and tax implications of various transactions and investments.

An LL.M. in Taxation is considered advantageous.
