Customer Service and Sales Associate

The Customer Service and Sales Associate plays a vital role in ensuring that our customers receive world-class service and support. This individual will consult with customers on their Hertz rental, maximizing revenue opportunities by actively offering products and services and overcoming customer objections.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide exceptional customer service and support
  • Consult with customers on their rental needs and offer relevant products and services
  • Maximize revenue opportunities through effective sales and service techniques
  • Build strong relationships with customers to ensure repeat business and positive word-of-mouth

Requirements:

  • Strong oral and written communication skills
  • Ability to build relationships with customers and provide exceptional service
  • Strong multitasking skills to handle multiple customer interactions simultaneously
  • Ability to upsell and overcome customer objections
  • High level of ownership, accountability, and initiative
