Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Cardiac Catheterization Director to lead our Cardiovascular Services team. As a key member of our leadership team, you will be responsible for planning, directing, and managing the department and staff to ensure high-quality patient care and service on a 24-hour basis.

Responsibilities:

• Lead and manage the Cardiovascular Services team to achieve departmental goals and objectives.
• Develop and implement policies and procedures to ensure quality patient care and service.
• Collaborate with physicians and other healthcare providers to promote teamwork and improve patient outcomes.
• Manage department resources and budget to optimize productivity and minimize costs.
• Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and corporate policies.

Qualifications:

• Current RN license in Florida.
• BLS and ACLS certifications.
• Associate's or Bachelor's degree in Nursing or related field.
• 1+ year of experience as an Acute Care Director of Cardiovascular Services or similar role.
• Managerial experience in a cardiovascular unit or similar setting.
• Cath Lab Director/Manager experience required.
