About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Clinical Research Associate II to join our team at ICON Strategic Solutions. As a Clinical Research Associate II, you will play a critical role in the success of our clinical trials, working closely with cross-functional teams to ensure the timely and successful delivery of studies.

Key Responsibilities
  • Conduct on-site monitoring visits at clinical trial sites to ensure compliance with Good Clinical Practice (GCP) and regulatory requirements.
  • Review and verify site documentation, including informed consent forms, case report forms, and study protocols.
  • Identify and report any deviations or issues related to the study protocol, GCP, or regulatory requirements.
  • Collaborate with site staff to resolve any issues or concerns related to the study.
  • Provide training and support to site staff on study protocols, GCP, and regulatory requirements.
  • Conduct site initiation visits to ensure sites are prepared for study start-up.
  • Develop and maintain relationships with site staff, investigators, and other stakeholders to ensure successful study execution.
  • Participate in study team meetings to discuss study progress, address issues, and plan for future activities.
  • Contribute to the development of study protocols, case report forms, and other study-related documents.
  • Perform other duties as assigned by the study team leader or management.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in a life science or related field, or equivalent experience.
  • Minimum 3 years of experience in clinical research, preferably in oncology trials.
  • Strong knowledge of GCP, regulatory requirements, and clinical trial operations.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with site staff, investigators, and other stakeholders.
  • Ability to travel up to 50% of the time, with occasional overnight stays.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and other clinical trial management systems.
