Position Overview

As a Guest Services Specialist, your role transcends the traditional check-in and check-out processes. We aim to create memorable and unique experiences for our guests.

Our Guest Experience Experts are proactive in delivering a comprehensive range of services that enhance the guest journey throughout their stay.

They are empowered to navigate their environment and address various needs as they arise.

From managing operational tasks and responding to guest inquiries to compiling reports and sharing local insights, the Guest Experience Expert ensures that every interaction is a seamless part of the overall experience.


Success in this role hinges on several key factors: fostering a safe work environment, adhering to company policies and procedures, maintaining confidentiality, safeguarding company assets, upholding quality standards, and presenting a professional appearance and communication style.

Guest Experience Experts will be active and mobile, engaging in tasks that may require standing, sitting, or walking for extended periods, as well as performing hands-on activities such as moving, lifting, carrying, pushing, pulling, and placing objects weighing up to 10 pounds without assistance.

Excelling in these responsibilities (along with other reasonable duties as assigned) is vital for Guest Experience Experts to ensure satisfaction for both our guests and our business.


Preferred Qualifications
Education:
High school diploma or equivalent

Related Work Experience:
No prior work experience required

Supervisory Experience:
No supervisory experience necessary

License or Certification:
None required

The compensation for this position ranges from $23.57 per hour.

Benefits are subject to specific terms and conditions, which may include eligibility criteria, enrollment processes, waiting periods, contribution limits, and exclusions.

Employees will accumulate PTO for every hour worked and are entitled to a minimum of 7 holidays annually.
