Position Overview:

We are seeking a dedicated and professional Night Audit Guest Service Representative to enhance our guest experience at iQon Hospitality. This role is essential in ensuring that our guests enjoy a seamless and pleasant stay during their time with us.

Primary Duties:
  • Manage guest reservations and execute check-in and check-out processes using our property management system.
  • Assist guests with a variety of inquiries, including tour bookings and dining reservations.
  • Process payments, distribute room keys, and maintain a high standard of customer service.
  • Respond to phone calls and online requests with professionalism and efficiency.
  • Support the organization of events and meetings to elevate guest satisfaction.
  • Address and resolve guest issues and complaints with care and professionalism.
  • Perform light cleaning duties and ensure that supplies are adequately stocked.
  • Carry out additional responsibilities as needed to support hotel operations.
Qualifications:
  • Experience in a customer service or hospitality role is preferred.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal abilities.
  • Capability to manage multiple tasks effectively in a dynamic environment.
  • Proficient in computer systems and software, including Microsoft Office.
  • Willingness to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as required.
