Job Summary

Key Responsibilities

  • Inventory Management: Manage inventory levels, including ordering and receiving supplies, and maintaining accurate records.
  • Safety and Compliance: Ensure that all safety protocols and regulations are followed, and maintain a safe working environment.
  • Continuous Improvement: Identify areas for improvement and implement changes to increase efficiency and productivity.
Requirements
  • Education: High school diploma or equivalent required; bachelor's degree preferred.
  • Experience: 3 years of production experience in a manufacturing plant required; 2 years of supervisory experience preferred.
  • Skills: Strong leadership and communication skills, ability to work in a fast-paced environment, and proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.
What We Offer
  • Competitive Salary: $70,000 - $76,000 per year.
  • Bonus and Benefits: $3,000 bonus and full benefits package, including health, vision, and dental insurance, life insurance, and 401(k) matching.
