Job Title: Registered Nurse

We are seeking a highly skilled Registered Nurse to join our team at ERP International. As a Registered Nurse, you will be responsible for providing high-quality patient care in an inpatient pediatric setting.

Responsibilities:
  • Coordinate patient care with a wide array of healthcare professionals to achieve optimal outcomes.
  • Ensure compliance with standards of care and practice in accordance with established policies and guidelines.
  • Perform physical exams and health histories, provide health promotions, counseling, and education, and administer medications and wound care as needed.
  • May provide clinical direction or assist in the instruction of care provided by other healthcare professionals within scope of clinical privileges or responsibilities.
  • Communicate and collaborate with a diverse group of people to inform the healthcare team of plans and actions.
Qualifications:
  • Minimum Associates in Nursing degree.
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in an inpatient pediatric ward setting within the last 5 years.
  • Possess a current AHA or ARC BLS and PALS certification.
  • Hold a full, current, and unrestricted nursing license in a State, Territory, Commonwealth, or the District of Columbia.

ERP International offers a competitive salary range of $55-$87 per hour, determined based on several factors including skill set, years of experience, shift, and geographic location.
