About the Role

Everbridge is seeking an experienced Territory Manager (Inside Sales) to join their team. As a Territory Manager, you will be responsible for selling the full suite of Everbridge critical communications products into State, Local, and Higher Education (SLED) accounts.

Key Responsibilities
  • Prospect, qualify, manage, and close new sales opportunities
  • Develop domain knowledge of products, competitors, and target buyers in the SLED area
  • Sell on the phone and web, primarily
Requirements
  • 2+ years of closing experience in software sales
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent in Business, Communications, Computer Science, Organizational Behavior, Security, Facilities Management, or HR
  • Experience with prospecting and engagement tools
  • 1-year experience conducting presentations using video conferencing technology
  • Strong hunting, prospecting, and cold-calling skills
  • Excellent verbal and written interpersonal, presentation, and communication skills, including PowerPoint
  • Must have a verifiable history of meeting or exceeding targets
