About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Executive Store Leader to join our team at Janie and Jack. As a key member of our leadership team, you will be responsible for driving sales growth, improving customer satisfaction, and leading a high-performing team of sales associates and management.

Key Responsibilities
  • Store Performance: Develop and implement strategies to drive sales growth, improve customer satisfaction, and increase profitability.
  • Team Leadership: Lead, motivate, and develop a high-performing team of sales associates and management to achieve sales and operational goals.
  • Visual and Merchandising: Create and implement visual and merchandising strategies to increase sales and improve store appearance.
  • Customer Experience: Utilize tools and resources to enhance the customer experience and ensure a positive shopping environment.
  • Business Acumen: Analyze sales data, identify trends, and make informed business decisions to drive sales growth and profitability.
  • Operational Excellence: Ensure efficient store operations, including inventory management, supply chain, and loss prevention.
  • Talent Development: Identify, recruit, and develop top talent to build a strong and diverse team.
  • Store Culture: Foster a positive and inclusive store culture that promotes teamwork, creativity, and a passion for the brand.
Requirements
  • Experience: 4+ years of management experience in specialty retail and/or multi-unit retail business.
  • Leadership: Proven leadership experience with demonstrated ability to drive sales growth, improve customer satisfaction, and lead high-performing teams.
  • Business Acumen: Strong business acumen with ability to analyze sales data, identify trends, and make informed business decisions.
  • Communication: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with ability to build strong relationships with team members, customers, and vendors.
  • Adaptability: Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment with adaptability to changing business needs.
