About the Role:
Urban Air Adventure Parks is seeking a highly motivated and safety-conscious individual to join our team as a Flight Instructor. As a Flight Instructor, you will be responsible for ensuring the safety of our guests while flying in our indoor skydiving tunnel. You will also provide excellent customer service, coach novice and advanced flyers, and control the wind-speed of the tunnel.

Responsibilities:
  • Ensure guest safety while flying in the Indoor Skydiving Tunnel
  • Provide excellent customer service
  • Coach novice and advanced flyers
  • Control the wind-speed of the Indoor Skydiving Tunnel
  • Sell Urban Air products and services

Qualifications:
  • Customer service experience
  • Superior listening & coaching skills
  • Friendly, upbeat, compassionate, personable
  • Strong team player
  • Safety-aware and responsible
  • High level of physical stamina and strength
  • Ability to follow routine and procedure
  • Demonstrated commitment and dedication
  • Must be self-starter, detail-orientated and able to organize and prioritize
  • Tact, discretion, and good judgment are required to maintain positive relationships with co-workers and customers
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills are required
  • Basic computer skills are a must
  • PT test is required
