Job Summary



We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Data Entry Clerk to join our team at Ottimo Resources. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for providing clerical support to our operational and customer service areas.



Key Responsibilities



  • Contract Review and Data Entry
  • Review and interpret contract documents to identify key information and accurately enter data into designated spreadsheets.
  • Verify the accuracy of data inputs and make corrections as needed.
  • Upload completed spreadsheets into the system in a timely manner.


Additional Requirements



  • Education and Experience
  • High School Diploma or GED equivalent and 1-2 years' experience in a data entry role.
  • Strong proficiency with MS Excel and other MS Office Suite Software.
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to spot errors or inconsistencies.
  • Strong reading comprehension skills to understand contract terms and conditions.
  • Strong typing and data entry skills.
  • Ability to follow instructions and adhere to data entry procedures.
  • Effective communication skills for reporting to the Business Operations Manager.
