- Demonstrated experience in leading successful operations teams within a manufacturing or industrial context.
- Proven track record in driving improvements in production, quality, or profitability.
- Experience in gypsum manufacturing operations is preferred.
- A Bachelor's degree or higher in a relevant field.
- Experience in leading change management initiatives.
- Familiarity with equipment servicing, supply chain management, and quality control processes.
