Key Responsibilities
  • Cultivate strategic business relationships and contribute to the plant leadership team.
  • Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance team performance and operational efficiency.

  • Align operational goals with the overall business vision, ensuring top-tier product quality and cost-effectiveness.
  • Collaborate with plant leadership to optimize facility performance and metrics.

  • Engage with employees on the production floor to oversee operations and foster a collaborative atmosphere.
Qualifications
  • Demonstrated experience in leading successful operations teams within a manufacturing or industrial context.
  • Proven track record in driving improvements in production, quality, or profitability.
  • Experience in gypsum manufacturing operations is preferred.
Preferred Qualifications
  • A Bachelor's degree or higher in a relevant field.
  • Experience in leading change management initiatives.
  • Familiarity with equipment servicing, supply chain management, and quality control processes.
