Manufacturing Training Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled Training Manager to support our manufacturing facilities in the west and northwest. This individual will be responsible for developing and implementing training programs to achieve business goals, analyzing metrics to measure the performance and success of learning solutions, and providing professional development coaching and support to facility learning and development providers.
Key Responsibilities- Develop and implement training programs aligned with business priorities and goals
- Analyze metrics to measure the performance and success of learning solutions
- Provide professional development coaching and support to facility learning and development providers
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams and facilities to design and develop role-specific training and learning content
- Identify outdated or obsolete training and learning content and develop plans to update or replace it
- Experience in manufacturing or an industrial environment supporting organizational development
- Experience communicating with a variety of stakeholders across the organization, including senior leaders
- Experience in designing and executing successful learning programs aligned to strategic business priorities and goals
- Ability to effectively organize and manage multiple learning projects simultaneously
- Experience coaching and supporting the professional development of learning professionals
- Ability and willingness to travel up to 60% of the time as dictated by business needs
- Experience managing and supporting training professionals and those who provide learning solutions as part of their job
- Extensive knowledge about adult learning methodologies and how to apply them to create high-impact learning experiences
- Experience developing annual training plans and materials, at scale, for a company
- Experience using project management tools to support project management throughout a project lifecycle
- Experience managing learning and content management platforms
We offer a competitive salary range of $90,000 - $125,000 per year, as well as variable pay, issued as a monetary bonus or in another form. We also offer a comprehensive benefits package, including medical, dental, vision, flexible spending and health savings accounts, life insurance, ADD, disability, retirement, paid vacation/time off, educational assistance, and may also include infertility assistance, paid parental leave and adoption assistance.
