About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Sales Manager to join our team at A-1 Screenprinting, LLC, DBA Underground Printing. As a Sales Manager, you will be responsible for driving sales growth, building strong relationships with customers, and providing exceptional customer service.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute sales strategies to meet or exceed sales targets
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with customers to understand their needs and preferences
  • Provide exceptional customer service to ensure customer satisfaction and loyalty
  • Collaborate with the sales team to share best practices and drive sales growth
  • Manage and maintain accurate records of customer interactions and sales data
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and competitor activity to inform sales strategies
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree from a 4-year college or university
  • Previous sales experience, preferably in a retail or customer-facing role
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet sales targets
  • Proficient in Gmail and cloud computing sites
