Job Description

About the Position: We are seeking a highly skilled Pschyiatric Nurse Practitioner to join our team at OptiMindHealth (OMH). As a key member of our integrated care team, you will provide comprehensive behavioral health services to patients in Colorado and Massachusetts. With a focus on delivering exceptional patient care, you will have the autonomy to customize treatment plans and work collaboratively with our interdisciplinary healthcare team.

Responsibilities:

  • Provide psychiatric evaluations and develop personalized treatment plans for patients with various behavioral health issues
  • Manage medication regimens and deliver individual psychotherapy sessions
  • Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive care
  • Document patient progress and maintain accurate records

Requirements:

  • Licensure as a Psychiatric Nurse Practitioner in Colorado
  • Experience working with individuals with mood disorders, anxiety disorders, personality disorders, substance misuse, and other psychiatric impairments
  • Preferred: Successful completion of PMHNP-BC exam(s)
