Job Summary

The Thermal Coating Specialist is responsible for the application of thermal coatings on various customer components using engineering operation sheets and verbal instructions from leaders and supervisors. This position is capable of performing at least one of three spray applications (Arc Wire, Plasma, HVOF) and works on more basic components limited in the scope and the complexity of the parts on which he or she works. The position works closely under the guidance of a more experienced Thermal Coating Specialist and requires a high level of training and supervision.

Key Responsibilities
  • Verifies completion and sign off for all previous operations.
  • Sets up and qualifies thermal spray booths of less complex scope for production runs in accordance with engineering operation sheets.
  • Applies basic thermal spray coatings applications to customer parts in accordance with operation work sheets.
  • Performs quality inspections throughout production run per the operation sheets and close training and guidance from more experienced specialists.
  • Maintains equipment for proper operation and cleanliness and notifies maintenance of any problems.
  • Will perform other duties as assigned by management.
Compensation and Benefits

The hourly rate for this position is $19.00 to $21.00 per hour. Adecco offers a comprehensive benefits package, including medical, dental, vision, life insurance, short-term disability, additional voluntary benefits, EAP program, commuter benefits, and a 401K plan.
