Job Summary

The Price Center seeks a highly motivated Program Manager to lead our residential services and community living programs. This is an exciting opportunity to join a dynamic team dedicated to empowering individuals with intellectual and developmental disabilities.

Salary: $27.00/hourDuties and Responsibilities:
  • Team Leadership:
    • Oversee daily operations, ensuring high-quality care and a supportive environment;
    • Manage staff, including supervision, training, and performance evaluations;
    • Collaborate with colleagues to achieve program goals and objectives.
  • Client Care:
    • Develop and implement individualized support plans, ensuring choice and autonomy;
    • Provide medical support, including medication administration and coordination;
    • Maintain accurate financial records and ensure compliance with regulatory requirements.
  • Communication and Community Building:
    • Foster positive relationships with families, neighbors, employers, and service professionals;
    • Organize recreational activities, transportation, and educational events;
    • Ensure timely and effective communication regarding client updates.
  • Safety and Compliance:
    • Implement fire drills, safety inspections, and environmental hazard reporting;
    • Ensure proper supervision, staffing ratios, and PPE use;
    • Comply with universal contact, isolation precautions, and Fire Safety regulations.
Qualifications:
  • A minimum of three years' experience in direct care, including working with individuals with developmental or intellectual disabilities;
  • At least one year of management experience, with demonstrated teaching and training skills;
  • MAP certification in Massachusetts, strong communication skills, and flexibility for early morning and evening shifts;
  • A valid driver's license, clean driving record, and willingness to use personal or agency vehicles;
  • A High School Diploma or equivalent.
Compensation and Benefits:
