Job Overview

Griffin Industries is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Project Manager to lead our foundry tooling and machining operations. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for managing multiple projects simultaneously, ensuring timely completion, and exceeding customer expectations.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement project plans, including resource allocation and timelines.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including sales, engineering, and manufacturing, to ensure seamless project execution.
  • Manage project budgets, costs, and profitability, ensuring alignment with company goals.
  • Communicate effectively with customers, vendors, and internal stakeholders to resolve issues and build strong relationships.
  • Identify and mitigate project risks, ensuring timely completion and customer satisfaction.

Requirements
  • 5+ years of experience in project management, preferably in the foundry tooling and machining industry.
  • Proven track record of delivering projects on time, within budget, and to customer satisfaction.
  • Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, prioritizing multiple tasks and deadlines.
  • Strong analytical and technical skills, with proficiency in Microsoft Office and project management software.
