Job Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated and dedicated ABA Therapist to join our team at Sunny Days Sunshine Center. As a Behavioral Specialist, you will work closely with our BCBA to implement individualized applied behavior programming for children with Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD).

Responsibilities
  • Implement individualized ABA therapy programs under the direction of a BCBA.
  • Teach ABA, social, and daily living skills to children with ASD.
  • Effectively respond to and minimize difficult or disruptive behaviors.
  • Collect data on ABA programming targets and utilize an online system to track progress.
  • Provide support to parents, teachers, and caregivers to make the most of their efforts in making our programs universal across all areas of the child's environment.
Requirements
  • No experience necessary; we will train you.
  • Associates or Bachelor's Degree in Applied Behavior Analysis field is preferred but not required.
  • Experience working with children, especially those with autism and using ABA methodologies is preferred.
