Job Title: Office Manager

BBSI is seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Office Manager to join our team. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for maintaining efficient office systems and procedures, ensuring seamless day-to-day operations, and supporting company growth.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Maintain office services by organizing office operations and procedures.
  • Prepare payroll online and submit for approval.
  • Manage company correspondence, including mail and email.
  • Manage company banking accounts and complete filing of documents and paperwork.
  • Review vendor invoices and prepare payments.
  • Answer telephone calls and emails from customers and clients, directing them to relevant staff.
  • Monitor office supplies and place orders as needed.
  • Manage training of new employees and organize employment paperwork.
  • Keep the office clean and safe.
Requirements:
  • Excellent computer skills, including proficiency in word processing, email systems, Excel, and QuickBooks.
  • Proven experience as an office manager or similar administrative role, preferably in the construction industry.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills.
  • Attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication abilities.
  • Ability to work independently and prioritize tasks effectively.
  • Experience with payroll processing and basic accounting tasks.
