Civil Construction Estimator

A leading Civil Contractor is seeking an experienced Estimator to prepare bids for large civil construction projects. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in heavy civil construction, with experience in highways, bridges, earthworks, asphalt & paving, and underground wet utilities.
Key Responsibilities- Oversee and review project plans, requirements, and specifications
- Develop multi-disciplinary estimates
- Determine labor and equipment costs
- Prepare accurate quantity takeoffs and materials pricing
- Understand project logistics and project schedule
- 3+ years of strong heavy civil construction experience
- Stable work history
- Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or related field (a plus)
- Projects of $10MM or more desirable
- Very competitive compensation package
