Job Overview

Exus Management Partners is seeking a highly skilled Land & Title Analyst to support our growing team. As the main point of contact for Landowners under contract, you will be responsible for administering landowner and real estate matters for operational and development stage projects.

Key Responsibilities
  • Ensure all land agreements are valid, enforceable, and properly filed with local governments and law firms.
  • Organize electronic and paper files for all landowners and projects.
  • Create a tracking system to monitor all landowner obligations and deadlines.
  • Work with the Accounting team to ensure timely payments are made for leases and taxes.
  • Develop and provide support materials for landowner and town hall meetings as needed.
  • Maintain land document templates to ensure standard formats are used.
  • Coordinate real estate matters associated with project financings.
  • Communicate with landowners and project managers on project-related issues.
  • Manage mass mailings to Landowners.
  • Establish relationships with local title companies to deliver preliminary title searches on properties ready to sign full leases.
Requirements
  • Associate's or Bachelor's degree and 1-2 years of experience in a formal office setting.
  • Demonstrated team player with a can-do attitude who takes a collaborative approach, strives for excellence, acts with integrity, and is trustworthy.
  • Notary Public preferred.
  • Paralegal certificate strongly preferred.
  • Working knowledge of real estate law and experience working with land leases.
  • Ability to manage and coordinate multiple projects and meet deadlines.
  • Strong written and verbal skills to communicate with multiple stakeholders.
  • Must be highly organized and detail-oriented.
  • Must be a self-starter and possess the ability to work well as part of a team and independently.
  • Good knowledge of Microsoft Office suite, Adobe Acrobat, and mail merges.
